If you haven't already got it, download TweakUI for XP here:-

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

After installing it, run it and look down the list on left for "My
Computer" and click on + to expand it.

Now click on "Special Folders" and follow instructions
