XP and Hotmail

Hi,
I recently installed Microsoft xp Pro onto my pc but
since having done this 2 of 4 hotmail accounts my family
has refuse to open.
We get to the singing in page without any problem but as
soon as we try to sign in we get a blank page.

Can anyone help?
