wrong installation cd

my daughter has installed xp and it has wiped out all my
hardware on the original installation is there any way I
can uninstall xp and revert back to my original
installation. she did not use backup.

If she didn't opt to save the old files, there's nothing to go back to; in
that case, you'd likely have to format the hard drive and reinstall the old
OS and all of your programs.
