When I have OUTLOOK running

Hi,

When I have OUTLOOK running it changes the quality of the icons on the
screen and at the "START" button area. It appears that the other programs
are being effected.

Hi,

When I sign into Outlook the screen will flash then all the icons have a
black square the color of all the icons and the bottom area where the
"START" button is at loses its color.

Boot the machine into safe mode with networking and see if it does the same
thing there. When did this start happening? Did it correlate to another
application being installed? Has antivirus been run on this machine lately?
