After reinstalling (and reactivating) Windows XP for Home
on same computer that had OEM installation, Internet
Explorer, Outlook Express and AOL Instant Messenger no
longer work. Any ideas on how to get these
re-established?

Don't work at all, or won't connect? Have you reconfigured them
for use, following the instructions provided by your ISP?
