Hi,
I've been trying to get this resolved for six months. All
my audio alerts work in Messenger (msn) except my
incoming email. It works with Windows Messenger, and I
thought if I unchecked all the audio alerts on Windows
Messenger it would help it to work on MSN Mess. but no
such luck. I have gone to support on this several times
and even Advocates can't figure out what is wrong. It's
just the email alerts, does anyone have any ideas? I
really appreciate everyones' help. Have a great day.
