New software reboots computer

I have been having a problem when I buy a software that
says for Windows XP in the installing process the compter
reloads then goes to scandisk and removes program. Case
in fact I just bought create a card gold 7 but I cannot
load it beacause of this reboot problem. I have removed
everything from the background but still no luck.
