As your installation of Windows is OEM, and includes Dell 'extras', Dell is
obligated to support you. Microsoft do not, cannot and will not provide
support for OEM installations - not now, and almost certainly not in the
future, either. You need to pursue it with Dell's technical support.

Given that you have contacted DELL, I'm assuming that those programs
came with the computer, and further assuming that it is a DELL, in which
case I believe you should own the CD-ROMs that those programs are on. (I
know I've got one CD-ROM that is specifically the Roxio-related one, a
CD-ROM with a DELL label on it.)
IF what I am assuming is correct, then do not take the answer from DELL
that you were given, for DELL's customer support can range from
excellent to quite absurd, depending upon who answers your request, what
day of the week it is, what the phase of the moon is, and the number of
black cats wandering about.

Tommy, I don't know who you spoke to at Dell but as other's have pointed
out, the information you were given was incorrect. Further, neither Dell
Music Match nor Roxio Easy CD Creator are Microsoft products. These were
obviously included with your original software bundle for which they should
have given you disks or some other form of backup to recreate your setup.
