Boss asked me to look at his computer. I'm getting power
when switched on, but no display on monitor, just
says "power saving". Hooked up monitor to my laptop, and
it works fine. Fans are all working. PC will not shut
off when button is pushed or held, must unplug. Don't
think it's Power Supply...any suggestions? Unfortunately,
I'm new and have no idea what's been done to this CPU.
