No sounds play fow Windows opening or Windows closing. All
other sounds play as supposed to. Have checked control
panel and sounds assigned to those events work when
tested. Have saved sound scheme after applying. Windows
Default sound scheme has same problem,...no sound upon
starting or shutting down computer
