problem I've had for a while

Getting photoshop to open multiple files under windows xp home.

using contextedit (ziff-davis)

pick .jpg

select "find master file type"

you may find 2 master file types

find the one that lists "edit"

highlight "edit" then click the button on the bottom "edit"

command is

"C:\Program Files\graphic_editors\photoshop\Photoshop.exe" %1 (use the
quotes)

select "use dde"

There is no dde message-

application is "Photoshop" (no quotes this time)

dde application not running is blank

Topic is "System" (no quotes)

Now, uncheck "use dde"

close contextedit

Also possible there's a problem with sendto toys

check registry for copymoveto - delete it if it's there and install

Apologies for not knowing which edit it was that fixed my problem. but I've
been trying to fix it for a month and don't want to test it right now.
