I had this problem several times, the Help and Support
features works fine, but suddenly one day I call it and
wont come up, in the task manager it appears for a while
like it is working but then shuts off. I could not find
any solution to this except for a repair or reinstall of
the OS. Any clues? Thanks in advanced.
