Just got a new scanner set it up and it doesnt work.went
in to device manager and it recognises the scanner but
say the drivers arent install so i try 2 install them but
there is an error during installation and it say that the
class installer has denied the request to install or
upgrade this device. Does anyone have any idea what this
means or how i can sort this problem out.Thanx.
