Monitor Not Working, Clicking Sound

Hello, I have a Daytek 15 inch monitor that all of a sudden stopped
working. When I turn it on it just makes a clicking sound. The green light
that indicates that it is on does not come on.

Is this an easy fix? Or do I have to go get a new monitor?
