Blue Font Titles in My Documents, Some Black

Somewhere in my journeys through settings, something got
changed so that some of my WORD 2000 documents in My
Documents and some titles of Icons in my Download folder
are in blue font, while others are in black. Does anyone
know why this is so and how to change the font colour to
one consistent black (or blue)? Why are some in one font
colour and others in another? I have Tweak UI and System
Mechanic 4 on my Xp Home computer. Thanks for whatever
suggestions you can offer.

They are compressed files. You can turn off the coloring from folder
options|view tab. Uncheck the second item from the bottom.
