I just bought a dell 8300 with their wireless keyboard
and mouse package. I upgraded from XP Home to XP Pro and
had no problems. I then installed SP1a and my wireless
keyboard and mouse quit working. They seemed to be
working during the POST but as soon as the Windows splash
screen came on they quit and would not work at all. Is
this a bluetooth issue? The only assistance from dell
was a comment that since I bought the XP Pro from
Microsoft rather than them they are not responceable for
any problems.
