Recovery of deleted files from restore directory

Our system "lost" all the program and data files during a
recent crash. After re-installing XP Pro, the folders are
on the C:, but all the info in the Restore directory was
missing as well as in the individual folders.

Is there anyway to determine which files were in the
directory and to "Undelete" them?

Not likely. You overwrote them with new data.
