CHANGE REGISTRATRION DETAILS

I need to change the computers details. It is second
hand and i always see the old owners name at various
times. How can i change this

If it is within Documents and Settings, the easies way is to create a
new profile and copy important data to the new profile.
Delete the old profile after you are sure all is OK:

These are the only one's that can be changed (and Office). For Documents
and Settings, etc you would need to create another profile. You can copy
that one first, if need-be. More information on that here:
