WINXP error msg...

Hey all, After I start Win XP I get a small window popup
titled "Error!" the message inside states "Error: loader
couldn't initialize service!"

Any ideas?? There are no numbers on this msg, so I am a
bit lost, anyone with any info please email me...

Check out your system event log and see whats logged there, that might give
you an idea as to the service thats failing, when did this start?
