Hey everyone,
I have had a problem for months that I couldn't find a solution to. Until
today.
To recap: Install a sound card, device manager says "installed and working
properly. Under Sound and Multimedia control panel you get "driver installed
but has a problem"
In short the solution is to update the ISAPNP system device to the PNP
SOFTWARE DEVICE ENUMERATOR. Follow the link below for detailed
