Backup System Tool, where are you?

Does someone know where the System Backup Tool is?
Supposedly, one goes to Start, Programs, Accessories,
System Tools, Backup
I can get to System Tools but no Backup tab is there.
How can I do a backup?

Do you have XP Home? Backup is installed by default in XP
Professional, but for some reason, not in XP Home.

But if you have a complete XP Home installation CD, you can find
it and install it yourself. It's in \ValueAdd\MSFT\NTBACKUP
