DirectPlay Voice Goutcode: 0x80004005.

SideWinder Game Voice can't start because the Sound
Hardware Terst Wizard did not complete succesfully.
SideWinder Game Voice cannot run until this problem is
resolved. The next time SideWinder Game Voice is run, the
wizard will be launched
