Microsoft view (Performance Options in Windows XP):

I am running on RAM only. My box never complained...

Set Initial and Max to "0"
Restart
Set to No Paging File
Restart twice.

The page that you put up stated that MS do NOT recommend running with 0
paging file.. you obviously took note of what was stated.. lol..
