Hi All,
Whenever I use my browser, be it IE or Opera, whenever I get a page
that uses java to goto another page, I get nothing. Hovering the mouse
over the link gives
Address: javascript:var.pop=window.open, etc. I click and nothing
happens.
I have everything allowed from popups to you name it, but still can't
work the link. I have sun java installed and also MS java machine.
Don't know enough to know if this is involved in any way.
Can someone give me some info on this?

Does this happen on all sites or just one site. Also check the encoding in
IE and try setting it to windows (longshot)

Hi Ray,
This happens on most all sites. Every now and then I can go on to
another link, but usually, it doesn't redirect. I don't know what you
mean by encoding. In the options I've okayed everything there and
still can't get it to work. This also happens in Opera. I haven't
removed anything so can't understand it. I have reinstalled Opera,
tho, with no solution. Any help will be vastly appreciated.

I can tell you that the Sun & MS Java virtual machines have nothing to do
with javascript.
