I've tried 3 different burners
I've tried lowering the speed
I've tried name brand media and generic
I've tried upgrading the drivers
I've tried upgrading the firmware
I've done it all, yet my burner will not burn. If I use
Windows Media Player, it gives me a "Cannot copy to disk"
error and tells me to update, try other media, clean, try
lower speed with no extra help. If I use Nero, it says
communication failure. My assumption is that its Windows
XP. My computer used to burn great and now it gets no
higher than 32% done before it errors out.

What Can I do to Correct this besides getting a whole new
computer cause this is not just happening to me!

I'm going to guess you have a bad IDE cable or maybe even IDE channel. Try
changing out the IDE that connects your drive to the motherboard.
