I accidently deleted the default footer and header in the
page set up that printed the web address on each page I
printed from the Internet. Can anyone help me replace
this command?

It just might be a wee bit helpful, lassie, were you to tell the world
what program you use to do the printing!

At any rate, it's most likely File/Page Setup in your browser.

(Next time you ask a question, try to share at least a _few_ of the
"minor" details.)
