My daughter deleted my users on my system so that her user
id would be the first one. Now that she has deleted it
noone can log on now. Windows comes up to the point of
trying to log a user on but the screen stays there and I
can't to anything. How do I get to a point so that I can
get to recycle bin to replace the user id?

Deleted users are not placed in the Recycle bin.

Log on as Administrator, (in Home edition boot into Safe mode, in Pro at the
welcome screen press ctl-alt-del twice). Leave the password blank unless you
know otherwise.

CHANGE HER ACCOUNT TO A LIMITED USER. Password protect the Administrator
account and any other accounts with admin rights.

Unfortunately, unless she chose to keep files, ALL the data is lost from
the users she deleted.
