Animation... not working?

For some reason, animated gifs are not "animated" anymore.

Any ideas?

Also, where can I dowload the latest version of VM for xp
pro?

The JavaVirtual Machine can be downloaded from Sun Microsystems at
http://java.sun.com/getjava
For GIF animations, what program are you using to view them. Photoshop,
paint, etc will not be able to view them as animated however Internet
Explorer or a GIF animation studio will.

Thank you Ray. The JVM was a big help. Thanks. However,
the animayion is what's REALLY strange. I am viewing the
animations in IE6 latest version.

No animations? Wierd. Any ideas?

Is "animation" checked in Internet Options> Advanced> Multimedia?
