cdrom

[Desprate]

My tray will not stay in on my cdrom. It goes in and
comes right back out. I upgraded the firmware hoping to
fix but didn't. Is it XP Pro causing it? Worked find with
win98 & win2k Pro. It is a Philips PCRW 404. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.

Check for any obstructions that may be interfering with it closing all the
way.
