I've built up three computers and have not needed a floppy until trying to
upgrade the bios. The system trouble shoots and says the foppy works fine.
However, when I try to format the floppy the computer rejects the format
with a message explaining that either the contents of the floppy are open or
some other system is using the drive. The only file system that is
displayed for format is FAT. When I tried the other two computers I've
assembled the same thing happens. The bios recognizes the floppy and it is
enabled. Any help out there?
