Hey there, Is there anyway that I can find out what all
of those programs are that are running on my computer.
When I pull up my "System Configuration Utility" from
the "Run" program (msconfig) and I click on
the "services" tab it shows me a list of programs running
but I don't know which of them are useful or not.

thanks this would be a big help!
