recorder tab missing

recorder tab is missing from cd burning properties dialog box. because of
this can't use drag and drop of ez creator 6. using XP upgrade of win 98.
anyway to restore this? don'twant to take the risk of
uninstalling/reinstalling the XP upgrade

It sounds like your CD burner is not being recognized hence no Recording
Tab. Did it ever work under XP for you?
