Do you mean whenever the computer is turned on, or is it
only when you connect to the Internet?
If it's whenever the computer is turned on, it's possible
that it is your power supply - I went through this a few
years ago and after installing a new power supply, the
RFI (radio interference) was completely gone.
If it's only when you connect to the Internet, how do you
connect?
