can any one tell me how to stop pictures going to the
desktop themes box, i save pictures in my pics but they
also archive in desktop themes, deleting the pics seems
the only wat to stop this, any other ways??

Create a folder other than C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\My
Documents\My Pictures in which to store images you do not wish to appear in
the Wallpaper list.

Valid image files in that location and C:\WINDOWS\Web\Wallpaper will show in
the list.
