PC Windows Changed

I have been using Windows XP Home edition for about 2 months and the other day I turned PC on and a
new window and screen appeared. It is not the windows I was using. Programs function but I cant sign
on to Yahoo. The site does not open and on the bottom it states "cannot connect to server"
and now I cant get back in. Any help would be appreciated..

I would check for spyware that may have changed IE in some way. A
clear out of old cookies and temp internet files may also help.
Also check Privacy options in Internet Options to make sure that it
doesn`t block Yahoo in any way.
