I have just build a new computer and am running Windows XP Pro. Every other time that I start the computer, the mouse dosen't work. It works perfectly every other time. The mouse is a Microsoft mouse. I first noticed this problem while loading and sett
ing up programs. When the program would restart the computer, the mouse wouldn't work. At first, I thought this was just a problem with restarts, but now I find that it is every other start.
Any suggestions?
