some keyboards do this when they cant interact with
particular softawre such as windows explorer
etc...otherwise u can unplug your keyboard and do a
reboot...than power off replug and reboot...or uninstall
and reboot...check in hardware devices how the keyboard is
installed and u can change to a british or US keyboard..if
the problem persists get a keyboard from someone and see
if that gives the same problem...that will show whether
the keyboard is teh problem or teh software
