win-E to load Explorer

[Gene Palmiter]

When first setting this system up I learned that I could load Window's
Explorer using the WinKey-E combination. It worked a couple of times...but
no longer. How do I get it back? I liked it...we were going to become such
good friends! How do I find out about other hot-key combinations? A guy
can't have too many friends.
