I have to fix this one computer, it will not boot up at
all. The motherboard has the power light on, however It
will not start, any ideas on how to get it to start?

Don't give us much to go on. Can't quite see it from here. Can you move a
little to the left?

Hi, Riley.
These newsgroups are for Windows problems, but you don't have a Windows
problem. Not even a Windows hardware problem. You have a computer hardware
problem, which has nothing to do with Microsoft or Windows.
What make and model is your computer? Or your mainboard if you built the
computer yourself? You should visit the website of the maker of the
hardware. Or a Usenet newsgroup for that hardware, if you can find one.
For example:
alt.sys.pc-clone.dell
alt.comp.periphs.mainboard.epox
When you post there, at least tell them enough to give them a chance to help
you. Tell them the make and model of computer. Do you hear the hard drives
spin up? Is there anything - even a flash - on your monitor screen?
Once you get your computer hardware fixed so that it boots up to the point
where it can try to load Windows, post back here with any problems in doing
that, or with installing and using hardware with Windows.
