View Full Version : messenger log on
HELP! Everytime i start my computer it automaticaly logs
me into msn messenger. I want the program to start and
run but i dont want to be logging automatticaly as it is
a shared computer and i dont want anybody else getting
onto my messenger account just by restarting the machine.
Anybody got any ideas? I'm running XP pro.

Greetings Jim,
Just remove your automatic login -- click the Start Button, then click the Control Panel.
Then, click User Accounts in the Control Panel. Select your account name, and then on the
left side of the screen, under Related Tasks, click 'Manage my Network Passwords'. In the
window that opens, click the Passport.Net\* (Passport) entry and click 'Remove'. Then
restart Messenger.
