shutdown

My computer keeps shuting dwn a few minutes after I
connect to the internet. I get a message from Generic
Host Procee for win 32 services then get a shut down
message from Remote Procedure Call, shut down by NT
AUTHORITY/SYSTEM.Please help me if u know whats up, thank
you.
