sending and receiving e-mail

When receiving or sending e_mail I do not have a send or receive icon to press.

Open Outlook Express, right-click on the Toolbar and select:
Customize and add the Send/Recv button to the right column.

You need to tell us a bit more. What email client are you using. What
version? Any error messages? Do you have the correct settings from your
ISP? Help us to help you.
