A system shutdown message

Hello,

I recieved the following message- This system is shuting
down... This shut down was initiated by NT
AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.
Message:Windows must now restart because the Remote
Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly.

Does anyone know how to correct this, please answer on
this post or email me at
