User accounts in different languages

Does anyone know how to change XP Pro user accounts so
that when each user logs in under his or her own name, the
whole interface of XP Pro changes to their chosen language?

Any help on this would be appreciated.

UR A DICK !! Does anyone actually have a productive
answer? Yes I have read the manual also. It says I need a
multi lingual user interface kit. Whats that, and where
do I get it.
