I need to upgrade my computer that is currently running
windows XP. I'm doing a motherboard swap and changing
the processor with it. What kind of licensing issues can
i expect? Will I need to contact microsoft when i
reinstall everything and if so, how?

Hello
Do the following and you will be fine, and remember you will have
to re-install SP1 ok
Do a repair install
