There isn't one built in. Open a command prompt and type in IPCONFIG /?
Or the Win2K version of WINIPCFG can be downloaded at
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/reskit/tools/existing/wntipcfg

IPCONFIG. To use:
Start> Run> CMD
Type ipconfig /?
and press enter to see a list of command line switches.
