If you can't get into Hotmail, it has nothing to do with
any kind of advertising blockers. Hotmail is a web-based
e-mail service, and they don't run any jscripts/vbscripts
which most ads (popups) are based on. Your noadware
program should not affect that.

Contact hotmail tech support. They don't offer phone
support, they offer e-mail support, so go e-mail them.
