Sounds like you have an ATI All-in-Wonder 128 Pro, PCI model.

Maybe the drivers are corrupted. There are limited-function drivers (no
OpenGL) included with XP, but full ones available:

(may wrap; use copy and paste to combine the pieces in the address bar of
