and use it to remove parasites.

I will download Adaware today.
Someone else suggested that I may have the Gaobot worm. I got the removal tool from Symantec but it didn't find that worm in my system.
Over the weekend the problem has seemed to get worse because now I can't access my Help Center. When I click on the icon the following msg comes up: helpctr.exe is not a valid Win32 application.
I will let you know tomorrow how this goes.
