I can't access my microsoft management console no matter
what I try. The last message I got was:
LoadLibrary(C:\WINDOWS\system32\mmcndmgr.dll") failed -
invalid access to memory location.
This was after I tryed to run (regsvr32%SystemRoot%
\system32\mmcndmgr.dll) to replace or fix a corrupted
mmcndmgr.dll file.
Question ??? Can I just reinstall Windows XP over the old
one like we used to at times with win98, and still keep
my programs in tact ?
